  • Q: How do I purchase a game?
    A: Once you click the "Buy" button on each item, it will be added to the cart. To checkout simply click on the "Cart" button.
  • Q: What type of payment options are there?
    A: Currently we use Paypal, Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment.
  • Q: I can't find the game I want.
    A: You can use the search bar at the top of the store page to find a specific game. If you still can't find the game, it might be currently unavailable.
  • Q: I found a bug, where do I report it?
    A: If you have found a bug in our website, we highly encourage you to use the support ticket form, available on the right, to report it.
  • Q: The item I received was damaged during delivery.
    A: Please contact support within 14 days using the support ticket form, available on the right, or by contacting us through email.
  • Q: My purchase is faulty and I still have warranty.
    A: If the purchase defect was detected within 14 days of purchase, we will replace the faulty product. Otherwise, any defect within the warranty period can be claimed with the manufacturer's warranty policy.
